Capabilities & Strategy
Funding / Capital Strategy
Hardware is expensive and slow. Software and mathematics are not. Our capital strategy uses the second to pay for the first.
Non-Dilutive First
Advanced mathematics, decision engines and autonomy software are commercialized into dual-use markets. That revenue funds long-lead hardware programs without surrendering control of the technical roadmap.
Federal Contract Vehicles
We pursue research and prototype vehicles where the government has a genuine capability gap, and we structure milestones so that each phase produces a fielded artifact rather than a report.
Strategic Capital
Outside capital is raised against specific hardware programs with defined transition paths, not against general operations. Capital discipline is treated as an engineering constraint.
Reinvestment
Margin from commercialized software is reinvested into the R&D division, closing the loop between research output and fielded capability.
