Acquisition Regulation
Programs are executed in alignment with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and its defense supplement (DFARS), with flow-down clauses applied to subcontractors and suppliers.
Export Control
Technical data is handled under ITAR and EAR controls. Access to controlled artifacts is restricted by role, citizenship and program need-to-know.
Quality & Configuration
Design, code and test artifacts are placed under configuration control with traceable requirements, formal reviews and documented verification evidence.
Registrations
Entity registration, representations and certifications are maintained current in SAM. NAICS and CAGE reference data is published on our procurement data page.
Requests
Contracting officers and prime program managers may request compliance documentation through the partnership channel.
